Through this program I will partner with you in creating a personalized plan to acclimate your nanny to your family, home and community starting from the pre-arrival through the nanny’s first 90 days. This plan includes:

► Acting as a liaison between you and your nanny

► An initial orientation with your nanny and your family

► Frequent communication via e-mail and telephone
