Now the most important part begins, developing a successful relationship between your family and the nanny. Through this program I will partner with you in creating a personalized plan to acclimate your nanny to your family, home and community starting from the pre-arrival through the nanny’s first 90 days. This plan includes:

► Acting as a liaison between you and your nanny

 ► An initial orientation with your nanny and your family


   ► Frequent communication via e-mail and telephone

   ► Separate monthly meetings with you and your nanny

   ► Advice and support as needed

   ► Personalized guidebooks for both you and your nanny
